Time for a change from bulk-billing? Established, busy mixed billing located in Wynnum-Manly.

Due to high patient demand, this established, busy mixed-billing clinic is looking to expand the team and bring on an additional GP to help manage patient demand.

Wynnum-Manly is a great place to live, a seaside town with a country atmosphere and all the conveniences right at your doorstep. Just minutes’ drive to one of the best marinas in the country, Wynnum enjoys excellent public transport systems, great schools, beaches, parks and places to eat.

The medical centre was established there in 1977, so can boast that it has cared for and served the local Wynnum and Manly community for over 40 years.

The clinic itself is handily situated in a small, thriving shopping centre, with plenty of parking for both patients and doctors. It has an established patient base, with a strong private billing base – but still experiences additional demand from new patients.

The clinic offers full nursing support, with well-equipped treatment and procedure rooms – with an experienced and stable practice management team. Special interests and/or procedural GPs will be well catered for.

It’s also GP-owned – with the owner running a successful practice within the clinic, responsive to the needs of other GPs and consultative in style.

• $150 per hour guarantee for 3 months

You will probably be an experienced VR GP looking for a small, friendly and stable team environment where you will be supported as you build a new patient base. Perhaps looking for a change from a bulk-billing environment, or possibly a move from a more structured corporate environment, to a clinic with highly flexible rosters and supportive work conditions.
